to ProComm for repair. The form is easy to fill out and asks pretty much everything
we need to know before starting on your radios.
Please be detailed in your description of the problem(s). For example, did you attempt
to isolate the problem on your own? Examples of this would be:
Swapping batteries with another battery from a known working radio and see if the
problem still persists
Swapping antennas and observing if the problem still follows the radio
Under what conditions does the problem occur?
Such as it only occurs when used with a headset, or it works with a headset but not
